Taylor Engineering is excited to announce the promotion of Christopher G. Moss, P.E., CFM to Service Group Leader of our Water Resources Group. Chris has over 20 years of experience, with over 15 years at Taylor Engineering. With a career centered around stormwater analysis and floodplain management, he leads the Water Resources group as a senior project manager in engineering. His expertise encompasses HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS (1D and 2D), ArcGISPRO, SWMM, and AdICPR modeling. He has successfully overseen multiple flood insurance studies for FEMA and led FEMA Disaster Response Data Analytics Cell task orders. Chris’ municipal experience includes floodplain development permitting and recertification of FEMA’s Community Rating System (CRS).
Michael J. DelCharco, P.E., CFM will now be serving in a new role as the Service Group Leader of our Coastal Strategies Group! Michael is charged with developing the next advancements in coastal and riverine flood resiliency, moving communities from planning to action. He serves as project manager on ongoing resiliency studies, development of innovative tools for communities, and larger coastal and water resources projects. He is also project manager for coastal and riverine flood risk studies, Everglades Restoration Program studies, environmental mitigation studies, and other combined riverine and coastal-related projects. Michael has over 30 years of experience, with over 20 years at Taylor Engineering.
