Ashley’s training is in civil engineering with a specialization in coastal engineering and resilience planning. She will work on a variety of projects assisting communities through vulnerability assessments, climate adaptation plans, sourcing federal and state grant funding, public engagement and workshops, FEMA flood insurance studies, and floodplain management. Ashley has a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of North Florida and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Civil Engineering.
Faseel Suleman Khan, Ph.D.

Faseel is responsible for leading geotechnical evaluations for various dredging and waterfront projects and is a specialist in laboratory testing and numerical modeling of dredged materials and slurried soils. He is experienced in all aspects of earth dam engineering including shear strength, compressibility, seepage, dynamics, and climatic evaluations in both saturated and unsaturated conditions. Faseel has a Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Regina, a Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the National University of Sciences & Technology.
