Jennifer Moss’s career has focused on floodplain mapping and flood risk management from geospatial analysis through program management. She is a nationally recognized professional, dedicated to building partnerships aimed at providing comprehensive flood hazard and risk information for the nation. Her experience managing stakeholders, building cross-functional teams, overseeing financials and budgets, and formulating strategic plans along with her distinctive skill set, blending science, engineering, policy, engagement, and spatial analysis, has paved the way for successful program and project management and service delivery to federal, state, and municipal clients.
Jennifer holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees of Science (Geography) from the University of Regina. Jennifer was part of the Taylor Engineering team from 2004-2006 and rejoined us in 2024.
