Taylor Engineering’s Environmental Services Group offers a broad range of technical expertise and experience handling the often-complicated regulatory issues that affect the design and construction of waterside engineering projects.

Taylor Engineering has successfully provided environmental permitting, mitigation, and restoration services throughout the eastern and southern United States for a variety of clients including federal, state, and local government agencies; private industry; consulting engineers; and non-governmental organizations. Our technical experience with environmental regulation includes federal, state, and local permits acquisition; field data collection and analysis; wetland delineation and evaluation; habitat mapping and characterization; seagrass mapping and assessment; natural resource impact analysis and compensatory mitigation planning and design, permit compliance monitoring, threatened/endangered species surveys and agency consultation support, and sediment and water quality assessment.
