Responders to a client survey conducted by an independent consultant characterize Taylor Engineering as a preeminent water resources engineering firm. Most clients said they were very satisfied with our services, would recommend us to colleagues, and would use us for additional services. They ranked our project managers very high in responsiveness, timeliness, adherence to deadlines, professionalism, integrity, and understanding their needs. When asked the most important attribute in an engineering firm, 56% cited technical expertise. When asked what sets Taylor Engineering apart from other firms, most clients cited technical expertise, personal relationships, and responsiveness.
