Our Clients

We provide our clients with the expertise necessary for their challenging projects and maintain the long-term relationships needed to work through complicated agency requirements. We hire highly skilled technical experts, invest in their professional growth, and value their experience. This knowledge and experience afford us a clearer understanding of our clients’ problem and the intellectual resources to provide honest solutions. We recognize the importance of staying within the constraints of budgets and schedules, and we actively listen to our clients’ needs.

As a result of this approach to client service, Taylor Engineering has developed a long-standing client base of private and local, state, and federal government clients. Several agencies have retained our services for two-plus decades. Responders to a client survey conducted by an independent consultant characterize Taylor Engineering as a preeminent water resources engineering firm. Most clients said they were very satisfied with our services, would recommend us to colleagues, and would use us for additional services. They ranked our project managers very high in responsiveness, timeliness, adherence to deadlines, professionalism, integrity, and understanding their needs. When asked the most important attribute in an engineering firm, 56% cited technical expertise. When asked what sets Taylor Engineering apart from other firms, most clients cited technical expertise, personal relationships, and responsiveness.

With these survey results and with 95% of our annual revenues derived from repeat business, our clients clearly recognize we stand firmly behind our values — professional integrity, client service, technical excellence, financial responsibility, teamwork, and social commitment.
